You can use the image if you would like to and write your own list of 10 blogs you like as well as publish a list of 10 things that have humbled, enlightened or surprised you.
This is almost the same picture that was on my aunt's Sunday school cradle enrollment form in 1920. I guess it is a natural for Sunday school forms.
